The Strategic Services Group (SSG) is the consulting and training arm of Shaw Energy Delivery Service, Inc. This group has acquired and developed a high degree of expertise by working in hundreds of industrial plants and utility companies throughout the world.

Specifically, SSG provides highly-developed services covering key aspects of company safety performance that include:

• Assessing strengths and weaknesses of safety programs and company related systems
• Writing company safe work practices standards meeting regulatory requirements as well as world's best practices
• Teaching electrical safe work practices, leadership and management skills, and line worker skills

Using a unique four-step process, the SSG offers skills and services to help clients maintain a highly effective workforce by increasing productivity, reducing operating costs and achieving greater profitability while operating in an enhanced safe work environment.

• Assess Current State-We assess how your facility organization measures up against current regulatory practices. Then, more importantly, we tell you how your practices compare with the world's best safety practices.
• Develop Solutions-Our electrical safety experts design an Electrical Safe Work Practices Standard based on the best practices learned throughout decades of global experience. We share workable solutions for on-the-job situations. We make sure our recommendations are clear and concise.
• Communicate Solutions-We help your work force understand what must be done and how to do it. In our Electrical Safe Work Practices training, we change behavior by changing beliefs.
